Exhibitions that flirt with your soul
Minnie Park Art Project is a contemporary art gallery based in Chelsea, New York. Founded in 2022 by curator and collector Minnie Park, the gallery presents exhibitions that are emotionally resonant, conceptually precise, and quietly provocative.
Every show begins with a question. Not a theme, not a trend—an actual question. What connects us across culture? What does beauty make us remember? What’s hiding beneath the surface of what we show?
The gallery’s point of view is distinctly New York: diverse, fast-thinking, global in tone but local in sharpness. It regularly features artists whose work engages intimacy, identity, and aesthetic restraint. The program often includes works from Park’s private collection, especially contemporary Korean pieces that rework traditional techniques with modern clarity.
Community is central to the gallery’s rhythm. Its openings draw the city’s creative crowd—young collectors, artists, editors, thinkers—many of whom don’t want to leave. The gallery also partners with nonprofits and cultural foundations to extend its reach beyond the market.
Minnie Park Art Project is not chasing attention. It is building a language.
Curator, Collector & Nonprofit Founder
Minnie Park is a New York–based curator, writer, and collector. She is the founder of Minnie Park Art Project, a gallery established in 2022 that presents contemporary exhibitions in New York and Seoul. In 2025, she launched the Minnie Park Art Foundation, a nonprofit supporting underrepresented artists in New York State and South Korea through exhibitions, professional development, and cross-cultural exchange.
With a background in history, finance, and art - Park brings both rigor and intuition to her work. Before founding her gallery, she worked in global finance advising institutions and consulates, and was invited to speak at a Microsoft conference on the movement of data across financial systems. Her approach to curating combines careful structure with emotional clarity, drawing from both historical and contemporary references.
Through her gallery and foundation, Park is committed to building opportunities for artists and expanding dialogue across cultures.
